The first step is to log in to your Line 6 User Account. If you haven’t already, go ahead and create one now at line6.com/account. All the cool kids have one, and it’s free! Then follow the steps below.
Note: An Internet connection is required for license authorization on the computer where Helix Stadium Native is installed.
Installation

Once signed in, head directly to the Line 6 Online Store and purchase your Helix Stadium Native license for the complete version. Once purchased, the license is automatically deposited in your Line 6 account. Alternatively, proceed to the next step to install Helix Stadium Native, where you can choose the free 15-day trial or limited Intro version on its first launch.

At line6.com/software, select the Helix Stadium Native installer for your macOS or Windows computer, and download it.
Important! Before installing Helix Stadium Native plugin, device drivers, or firmware, it is highly advised first to read the product’s Release Notes (typically available within the product’s download description). It is also advised to check the Knowledge Base and FAQs regarding the latest macOS or Windows operating system support, updating, or especially for rolling back to older versions, since special install instructions may apply.

Once the download completes, exit your host DAW and all other applications, run the installer and read and follow its steps to complete the installation. Optionally, you can choose to install only the format(s) you require for your particular host DAW application. By default, all available formats are selected (for macOS: AU, VST3, and AAX, for Windows: VST3 and AAX).

Launch your host DAW application and it will typically scan and find the Line 6 Helix Stadium Native plugin and list it within its audio plugin insert menus. Insert the Helix Stadium Native plugin on a track within your DAW project (see Getting Started).

Log in: Once launched, the log in screen is displayed, prompting you to log in using your Line 6 User Account username or email address and password. Once logged in, you are presented with different options, depending on whether you’ve purchased the Helix Stadium Native license yet, as covered below.
Note: Be sure to Log In using the same Line 6 Account you used when making the Helix Stadium Native license purchase!
If You Have Already Purchased a Helix Stadium Native License
Once the Log In succeeds, your computer is immediately authorized with the software license from your line6.com account, and the Full Helix Stadium Native is ready to use. You will no longer be prompted to log in on each use of the plugin. Being actively signed in is then only necessary to deauthorize your computer. See the following Deauthorizing section for additional details.
If You Have Not Yet Purchased a Helix Stadium Native License
Once logged in, a Welcome screen is presented with options for purchasing a Full License, starting a 15-day Trial, or use the free Intro version.
To Purchase the Helix Stadium Native Full License

Once you’ve made the purchase, there is no additional installation necessary. Simply insert an instance of Helix Stadium Native plugin in your DAW host, log in, and Helix Stadium Native is unlocked to the Full licensed version.
To Use Helix Stadium Native in Trial Mode

Note: Once the Trial version is started, its remaining trial time is displayed on the plugin’s toolbar. Click directly on this indicator text anytime to open the Trial Upgrade Options dialog.

Once the 15-Day Trial Expires: The toolbar’s Trial status indicator shows an Upgrade Available message to open the Upgrade Options dialog (shown below), where you can choose
*Note: If you use the Buy Now option and make the purchase of a full license while an instance of the Helix Stadium Native plugin is currently inserted in your DAW host, it may be necessary to click the Activate License button in the Upgrade Options dialog after the purchase. This will “refresh” the plugin instance to detect the full license in your account and unlock the Intro or Free version to the Full plugin version.
To Use the Intro Helix Stadium Native Version

Upon insert and launch of the Helix Stadium Native window, when activley logged in, the plugin will check the Line 6 online server for a newer version. If a newer version is available, an alert is displayed, as shown below.

Deauthorizing - Moving to Another Computer
Once you have authorized your computer, if you wish to run Helix Stadium Native on a different computer, it may be necessary first to deauthorize your current computer.*
*Line 6 generously permits you to have your purchased or trial mode Helix Stadium Native license authorized on a maximum of 4 of your own computers concurrently. Beyond these 4 authorizations, in order to move the license to a different computer, it is necessary to deauthorize on at least one of these systems to free up an authorization to be used on another computer. For further assistance, please contact Line 6 Support.

To deauthorize, click on the top toolbar’s My Account menu to Log In to your Line 6 account (if not already), then choose Deauthorize Computer from the menu. Click Yes when prompted to deauthorize.

Once deatuhorized, you can authorize the computer again at any time by performing the Log In to your account from the Account menu.
Removing Helix Stadium Native
Should you ever desire to remove Helix Stadium Native from your computer, first quit your host DAW application, then follow the instructions below.
macOS
To uninstall each plugin format, move the following files to the Trash:

AAX plugin: /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Line 6/Helix Stadium Native.aaxplugin (or, you can optionally drag the Helix Stadium Native.aaxplugin file into the /Plug-Ins (Unused) folder)

To uninstall all plugin formats:

Click the Windows Start button and choose Settings.

In the Settings window, go to Apps in the left column, then select Installed apps.

Scroll down the list of Installed Apps to locate the Line 6 Helix Stadium Native Uninstaller and click its three-dot menu.

Choose Uninstall from the menu and follow the on-screen instructions to remove Helix Stadium Native.
